The flat called “Scoiattolo” is ideal for 4 people and in particular for a couple with two children. There are living room with a double sofa bed, separated kitchen with all household electrical appliances including dishwasher, a twin bedroom (beds are 90x190 cm) and a practical bathroom where you can find wc, basin, bidet and shower. Washmachine. A barbecue is also available just outside the house.

There is TV - SAT, DVD, WIFI, secury safe independent heating and CONDITIONED AIR.
From the patio of the flat you can enjoy a wonderful view on the superb Val di Cornia and on splendid medieval towns like Monteverdi Marittimo but also on the seaside which is only 15 kilometres from the village.
APets are welcomed.
For obvoius reasons we cannot accept pets who normally sleep on their owner's bed.
The supplement for the final cleaning is 50.00 Euros.
