- SOLARIUM: Both flats  Scoiatollo and Fringuello have a solarium that can be reached using a private stair, furnished with a bulrush sofa and armchairs and a small table.
- PORTICO: each flat and the cottages has its own portico furnished with table and chairs all made of wood.
- HOUSEHOLD LINEN: the client can find bed and house linen in both flats on request.
- HEATING: each flats has its own independent heating.
- The client can send a booking request by e-mail or by using the form on the web-site. The confirmation will be given in 3 days together with the instructions about payment. Payment should be within 3 days from the receipt of the booking confirmation. Failure to pay within the 3 days means the loss of the priority for the request period.

- Payment should be made by credit transfer or postal order.

- At the arrival the client has to deposit 150.00 Euros cash as a warranty foe eventual damages. This key money will be given back at the end of the period of intended stay.

- The client can book a week, from Saturday to Saturday. Check in can be from  2.00 p.m  to 5.00 p.m. on Saturday and check-out should be within 10.00 a.m on next Saturday.
- The owner will wait for you the day of your arrival to give you the keys of the house. At the time of arrival the client has to show the copy of the booking confirmation and the receipt of the payment together with 150.00 Euros key money. If the client damage the falt or the furnishing during the period of stay, the owner will keep the key money. If the key money is not enough for the caused damages,   the client has to pay the rest before leaving.
- The owner is normally not on site.
